Hoi An Hotel Review

The staff was friendly and helpful. I do have to admit that I did not ask for their help very much, but whenever I asked for anything they were more than happy to assist. Dai Long hotel was one of the best we stayed at in Vietnam; the room was immaculately clean, in a good location and had the added bonus of mosquito nets. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hoi An.- 05/05/2008, Ms. Catherine Simpson

The staff was wonderful and made us feel at home and taken care of. The hotel was quaint and it felt comfortable and homey. The free internet was a real plus. We arrived well before check-in time but were soon accomodated and settled into our room, which proved to be the nicest all trip, despite costing less than some of the others. Big size (for two), efficient aircon, really pretty decorations (hangings etc) and even a bathtub for the first time all vacation (although I'm not sure there is enough hot water to run an entire bath. Breakfast was also very good, the baguettes were the best all trip and the veranda where you take breakfast was refreshing. Even had a pool although we did not get a chance to try it. Don't forget also to try the sister tailer just down the street ToTo, excellent service and outfits ready within less than 12 hours! Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Hoi An, I'd recommend it to families (of which there were plenty) and couples or singles alike.- 17/07/2007, Ms. Rebecca Woo

We stayed at the Dong Khanh Hotel in Hoian. The Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also extremely halpful and just did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, well serviced and comfortable. As much hot water we needed to shower and clean towels every day. Their cheerful attitude made our stay very happy. In our travels through Vietnam and Cambodia it was definately our favourite place. Value for money at this hotel is excellent. The service is brilliant. There is nothing more we could have wished for here. It was a bonus to find that this hotel has a swimming pool. Dai, and other staff here, made sure we had an excellent stay, so much, that we stayed an extra two nights, to enjoy more, the beautiful town of Hoi An.- 10/09/2007, Mr. David Banfield
