The resort has 100 villas, including 60 villas of one bedroom and 40 pool villas from two to five bedrooms. Each villa has its own landscaped garden and a view of the South China Sea. The resort is located 30 km south of Danang and 11 km north of Hoian. With a harmonious combination of architecture and nature, the villas feature large bedrooms, living spaces, bathtubs, WCs and luxurious bathrooms.
The resort includes one boardroom, two restaurants, bars, spa villas surrounded by a lotus pond, a boutique with a selection of Asian art and handicraft, a health club, tennis and basketball courts, three swimming pools and other sports facilities.

- Cancellations made within 21 days prior to arrival: 3 nights will be charged
- Cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival: 4 nights will be charged.
- Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival, or no-shows: full duration of the booking will be charged.
(Where duration of nights booked is shorter than penalty nights, then the shorter nights' charge will apply).
Other Seasons:
- Cancellations made within seven days prior to arrival: One night will be charged.
- No-shows: Full duration of the booking will be charged.
