The boss of Thanh Phat Hotel is a warm, friendly and open-hearted woman. She graduated from a tourism management course and has had 3 years experience in the trade and tourism industry.The hotel has 16 staff. 6 of them have graduated from university in a related field and the other 10 have been trained according to their position.
