You will be picked up at the hotel in Hoian ancient town. For hotels outside the ancient town, you can hire a ‘Honda Om' within your budget to get to Bach Dang Wharf and wait for the tour operators.

Thanh Ha Pottery Village is located in Cam Ha Hamlet, Hoian town. The village's pottery originated from Thanh Ha Province after acquiring the pottery techniques of Quang land. Thanh Ha pottery village produces traditional products for their daily activities, including flower vases, tea pots, piggy bank, wine bottles, water jars, kettles, cooking pots, or lovely ornaments of birds, turtles, buffaloes, cats and ducks. The main materials are clay, and under the craftsman's talented hands, the products of Thanh Ha pottery village have many different shapes, colors and durability.

The guide will pick you up and take you to Bach Dang Wharf on foot. You will then embark on a boat trip to Thanh Ha pottery village and start experiencing the daily life of Thanh Ha villagers. Watch the various stages of production of the many kinds of pottery products, such as jar vases, piggy banks, earthen pots and decorative lamps. You can try to make some products with your own hands and keep it as a souvenir. The guide will take you to a local restaurant for lunch and then back to your hotel where you will be free to discover the ancient town for yourself.
