"Our accommodation at Phuoc An was really good. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. When our flights were again delayed they organised earlier flights for us. They were very friendly and when travelling to Hoi An again we will be staying there. The only thing I could suggest they improve would be the breakfast and that would be to include ham or bacon, otherwise it was great."

"Staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. The hotel is located in a residential area about 10 minutes walk from the Old Town which makes for a nice stroll."

"The accommodation was as expected, bed very comfortable and the room had everything we required except the lock on the door was very hard to unlock.
The staff were all very welcoming and helpful."

"The only problem was that our reservation (for six people in three rooms) was switched without us having been informed. We were supposed to be in the downtown Phuoc An, and were put instead into the Phuoc An River hotel. This switch effectively kept us from casually enjoying the Hoi An downtown (very limited shuttle service, despite promise of free service, and limited availability of taxis), and frankly I am irritated enough that I probably will not use your service again, when scheduling another group to visit Vietnam."
