"Overall, the Pho Hoi Riverside Resort was great! It was the second time we have stayed there, and we enjoyed the accommodation and the friendly staff.
We did feel that the reception desk staff were not as informative as they might have been in response to our questions."

"Besides the good location of this hotel, I found the rooms in serious neglect (bathrooms unclean) and the staff unable to communicate. The hotel restaurant was of poor standard. I would not stay at this hotel again."
