Huynh Ngoc Toa was born in 1938 and has 14 years experience in the tourism industry and more than 30 years of considerable management experience. From 1975 to 1984, he is manager of Pho Hoi Fish Sauce Co-operative.

He built the Pho Hoi Hotel. He is very friendly and easy-going, and creates a good impression with guests and partners. Pho Hoi Riverside Resort has 65 professional staff members and almost 20% of them are university graduated.
