Late check out policy:

- Subject to availability. Late check out after 18:00 will be charged at 100% of the room rate.

Policy on children staying with parents:

- Children under 12 years old (max. 2 children) can share the same room (no extra bed) with their parents without extra charge. Breakfast for children under 6 years old is free of charge. For children from 6-12 years old, breakfast is charged according to hotel policy.
- Children from 12 years old upwards will be charged at US$25 per extra bed (including breakfast).
- Baby cot is free of charge (subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy:

For bookings under 8 rooms:

- Cancellation, please advise at least 4 days before your arrival date.
- Cancellation within 2-3 days before your arrival date, first night stay charge will be charged.
- Cancellation within 24 hours before your arrvial date or no-show, full length stay charge will be charged.

For bookings 8 rooms or more: please check with us for cancellation policy.
