Her company is considered one of the biggest in Hoi An and she is a prestigious woman in the tourism business in Hoi An.

"We had the best room in the hotel for 2 nights and it was large and had a lovely river view. However the furniture was shabby, the light fittings broken and the bathroom not very clean. The beds were large but extremely hard and uncomfortable. The position of the hotel is great, right on the river, next door to the daily markets- fine if you are an early riser but noisey if you like to sleep past 5am. There is much better places for us $35 per night! One night we slept in one of the cheaper rooms and it was awful- cramped, no window, broken furniture/lighting and not too clean!"
