The Hotel has 120 staff members. All staff have been trained professionally in schools specializing in tourism in Ho Chi Minh City and Hue.

All staffs have experience in serving foreign and Vietnamese guests. The hotel was awarded Top Ten Best Hotel in 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004 by Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism and Best Service Hotel in 2004 by The Guie magazine.
