The resort has four kinds of rooms: Garden-View Deluxe, River-View Deluxe, Villa and Suite.

The room rate is inclusive of daily buffet breakfast, VAT and service charges, welcome drink, one bottle of mineral water, and tea and coffee daily in room. You also get free use of internet, the fitness centre, billiards table, swimming pool and the private beach area of hotel, and free shuttle bus to/from Hoian downtown, according to hotel's schedule.

As per hotel's policy, the travellers are requested to book and pay the compulsory gala dinners on Christmas Night and New Year's Eve.

Gala Dinner on Christmas Night: USD45.00/adult, USD20.00/child from 5-11 years old.

Gala Dinner on New Year's Eve: USD50.00/adult, USD25.00/child from 5-11 years old.
