"Our stay at Hai Au was one of the best of our travels so far (and we have been travelling for two months). The reception team were so friendly and caring and they went out of their way to help us or just to take time to see how we were. It was Colin's birthday while we were staying with them and they even got him a cake! We really enjoyed our stay at Hai Au and would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a place to stay in Hoi An."

"The staff at reception of Hai Au set the bar for friendliness and welcoming approach to the guests. Anh, Ling, Sau & Yummy represent the hotel very well. They make a point of learning names and engaging guests in conversation.Although the hotel is older, the location is very good and the rooms are comfortable . Undoubtably though the strength is the warm and friendliness of the staff."
