Late check out policy:
Late check-outs between 12 noon and 6 pm are charged 50% of the room rate. After 6 pm, the charge is 100% of the room rate.
Policy on children staying with parents:
Children under the age of 12 are allowed to stay with their parents, free of charge. For children between 12 and 15 years, 30% of the room rate is charged. For those over 15, the adult rate applies.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellations, please notify the hotel seven days before the arrival day. If guests fail to do so, it will be treated as a no-show and guests will be charged for a night's stay.
