Tran Tuy has 10 years experience in the Hotel Industry. He has also taken part in many tourism and hotel courses to improve and widen his knowledge through training by Vietnamese and foreign teachers/ professors.Most of the staff can speak English well. The Receptionist is a university graduate in tourism.
