"We stayed at the Dong Khanh Hotel in Hoian. The Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were also extremely halpful and just did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, well serviced and comfortable. As much hot water we needed to shower and clean towels every day. Their cheerful attitude made our stay very happy. In our travels through Vietnam and Cambodia it was definately our favourite place. We were sad to leave."

"Value for money at this hotel is excellent. The service is brilliant. There is nothing more we could have wished for here. It was a bonus to find that this hotel has a swimming pool. Dai, and other staff here, made sure we had an excellent stay, so much, that we stayed an extra two nights, to enjoy more, the beautiful town of Hoi An."

"We stayed three nights at this hotel and had ver y large cockroaches every night in our room. One night we had about ten large ones in our room. The staff was laughing about us and was not able to help us. After we killed a few they offered us a new room, where we found another one. The staff was very unprofessionell. They did not find a way to sort out the problem. We still had to pay the same price. Also we could not pay with credit card even though there are visa and mastercard signs on the front door. At least the staff was unable to write a correct bill when we were leaving. So we had to pay the amount which was left in Hue at the bus station, which was very stressfull and uncomfortable.
We are really unsatisfied how the staff dealed with the situation and would not recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"the staff were fantastic - unfortunately there were international university students there who thought they owned the place - way to much noise every night until 3am. We checked out early to another hotel - would only come back if there were no group student bookings. Chris"
