We realize our guests would like to see the benefits of tourism shared with as many as possible. Our hotel is doing what it can to help redress the imbalance in wages and living standards between those who are outside the direct impact of tourism and those who have seen their lives elevated from tourist based industries. The Cua Dai hotel employs as many people as possible from the countryside and takes the extra time and effort to train them. As a responsible company we also have links with the Street Children Centre and the Center for Social Affairs that allows guests to give back donation to worthy causes. Have a restful holiday knowing that we are behind the scenes supporting the improved sustainability of the area.

While we were happy and it in no way affected our trip I think you could do better."

The location is on a busy street, so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings, but the rooms are towards the back so we weren't disturbed by street noise. Only two regrets: we didn't try the pool until the last night (our huge loss), and that we couldn't stay longer. "

With new facilities (swimming pool, new suites with a balcony facing the pool) added, the price was reasonable. I believe they also plan to start bar/restaurant service on site. (Currently you can order from a restaurant and have it delivered to the hotel.)
Staff are all smily and friendly. Not everyone speaks fluent English but front desk staff can help and provide advice on sightseeing spots in and around town."
