The hotel is doing what it can to help redress the imbalance in wages and living standards between those who are outside the direct impact of tourism and those who have seen their lives elevated from tourist based industries.
The Cua Dai employs as many people as possible from the countryside and takes the extra time and effort to train them in order that the wealth may be shared more extensively.
The Cua Dai hotel also shows its concern for those less fortunate in Hoi An and Quang Nam. Beyond employment and training the hotel also has kinks with the Street Children Centre and the Center for Social Affairs - encouraging guests to visit & donate to these causes.
